Every effort will be made to re-sell returned tickets, although no guarantee can be offered. Re-sale will be strictly according to the following conditions: all other tickets to be sold first, and any refund (minus a 15% administration charge) will be made after the end of the Festival by Euro cheque.

If an event is cancelled, the management will refund the face value of the ticket only. If an event is rescheduled, and you can not attend, the management will refund the face value of the ticket only.

Late-comers will strictly not be admitted to the performance until the first interval. Please allow sufficient time for traffic and parking delays.

Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be silenced before entering the auditorium.
